The various Kutools products are licensed based upon the number of user licenses purchased, with substantial discounts for larger volume purchases. If the Outlook one is as good as the Excel kit, you should have no problems at all.
I have used KUtools for Excel and have had no issues with it what so ever.
Once you have completed the installation of the Add-in, open Outlook and see the AnyMeeting buttons on the Home tab ribbon to easily start or schedule a meeting directly from Outlook. Be sure that your mailbox is selected on the left under Server Rules then select the plus (+) sign near bottom to add a rule. Select Edit Rules from the drop down menu. Open Outlook for Mac and click the Home tab. If you learn to solve these problems with formulas/VBA instead, you'll be able to use the solution anywhere, anytime. One downside is you may become dependent on Kutools for certain tasks and be lost when you need to do those things on another PC.
